This is how we handle information at Umbral Vision, in plain English.

What we collect

Three things. Basic analytics about how this site is used (pages visited, roughly where visitors come from). Whatever you submit when you book a call through Calendly (your name, email, and anything you type into the booking form). And any emails you send us.

What we do with it

We use it to run the business: to hold your booking, prepare for your call, and reply to your emails. Analytics tells us which pages are useful so we can improve them. That's the whole list.

What we never do

We never sell your information. We never pass it to anyone beyond the tools that process it for us. We don't run advertising, so there is nothing here that follows you around the internet.

The tools that process it

Bookings run through Calendly, which stores what you submit when booking under its own privacy notice. Site analytics run through Google Analytics, which counts visits and pages under Google's own privacy policy. Email is handled by our email provider.

Asking us to delete it

Email hello@umbralvision.com and ask. We'll delete what we hold about you and confirm when it's done.
