The short version of how working with us, and using this site, works.

Engagements

Every engagement is scoped and agreed in writing before it starts: what we'll do, what it costs, and when. Nothing on this site is a quote or an offer; the written agreement for your engagement is what counts.

The free call

The first call is free and carries no obligation on either side. You're not committing to anything by booking, and neither are we.

What this site is

Everything published here is general information about how we work. It isn't advice for your specific situation, and decisions made on the strength of it are your own. If you want advice for your business, that's what an engagement is for.

Liability

If something goes wrong in an engagement, our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us for that engagement. We stand behind our work; we don't underwrite your business.

Content ownership

The content on this site, including the words, the design, and the Umbral Vision name and seal, belongs to Umbral Vision. Don't reuse it without asking.
